On October 11th, the "Tura-khan" visitor center held a series of events dedicated to the Republic of Bashkortostan Day.
In the first half of the day, a masterclass on making Bashkir chest ornaments took place. Participants learned about the types and features of this traditional adornment, as well as techniques for working with beads, coins, and metal elements.
In the afternoon, guests were treated to the program "Dumbura: The Sound of the Bashkir Soul in Every Chord." Sulpan Alibaeva, a laureate of international competitions, performed musical numbers. Sergey Vilkov, a master craftsman of national instruments, delivered an informative lecture on the history and creation of the dumbura. The program concluded with a photo session for everyone.
