We continue the story about the remains of people buried in the mausoleum of Hussein bey in Chishmy. In addition to Huseyn bey himself, over whose grave a tombstone with an epitaph was placed at the head, there was a burial of a young woman aged 20-25 years (Fig.1). There was also a simple gravestone above her grave. (Fig. 2).
Taking into account the morphological features of the female skull from burial №2 of the Huseyn Bey mausoleum, it can be concluded that it is located within the boundaries of the variability of classical Mongoloids. This row includes the angle of the nasal bones protrusion, the profile modules of the face and nose bridge, and a number of other indicators. In general, the relative proportion of the so-called "Mongoloid element" (UDME) indicates that the skull from this burial belongs to the Mongoloids of the Central Asian circle.
When clustering the matrix of similarity criteria according to the Heinke formula (this is when an individual/single skull is compared with a series of skulls), it formed a separate cluster with a series of Kalmyks skulls (Fig.3). Of course, we can get accurate information about her origin only after analyzing the DNA from this burial.
At one time, I performed a sculptural anthropological reconstruction of the face using the method of M. Gerasimov on the skull from the woman of burial №2 (Fig. 4). Now we offer you a digital approximation of the appearance of this young woman (Fig.5,6).
